    We designed Standard Heat Sink substrate to enhance our High Power LED products efficiency. Our Thermal Conductivity Substrate also available for custom made.

    1 General applications: High efficient thermal conductive coatings, Advanced Nano-ceramic coatings.

    2 Value Added Applications: coatings for high efficiency electromagnetic interference shielding, active surface processes (for example the application of TiO2 for anti-bacterial, de-odorizing, self-cleaning purposed), optical devices (such as electro-chromic devices), design of novel coating systems (such as multi-element, multi-layered and super lattice thin films used for batteries, optics, magnetism, electricity and many other possible applications.)

            LED chip is very sensitive in "Heat", especial in high power products, when you drive high current, the  heat accumulate if rapidly and it  will cause chip decay. Most of the high power Thermal Conductivity Substrate substrate use we called MCPCB,  it use epoxy to isolate metal and Al plate, the disadvantage of this kind of product is heat will accumulate in the epoxy layer. . We supply  High thermo conductivity Nano ceramic power coated substrate, it will increase 40% of Heat Sink speed in your designed parts.  With our substrate, you can even drive 700mA at normally 350mA designed product. Full technical service for all of our products.
